Valentines Day Flowers

What to say of Valentines Day flowers? It doesn't get any better than that! Valentines Day flowers are de rigueur, a must on this honored Day o' Love. A should, woulda, coulda if you don't. But what's the new spin on Valentines Day flowers if you've given them year after year? What's new in florals that won't compromise your morals (or your pocketbook)? Are we still giving roses by the dozen? If we bouquet, what do we bouquet? Are market bunches "in” this year? Do we care? Or do we just go with what we like, what we know they'll like, what looks good. That's always a sure bet: go with your gut, flower-wise. But it's always good to employ a couple of rules of (green) thumb if you're looking to WOW someone this Valentine's Day.

Valentines Flowers

While known as THE flower of power on Valentine's Day, roses are not the only Valentines flowers that make an impact. Floral gifts such as big, bursting bouquets or smaller sculptural arrangements can get just as big of a "WOW!” when delivered on Valentine's Day as a dozen roses. Other Valentines flowers such as our Always + Forever, Sweet Expressions and Pink Crush Bouquets, while unexpected, show you care just as much as you think just a bit outside the box. Now, let's talk colors. While reds and pinks symbolize love and passion, remember white suggests innocence and purity, blues are said to bring peace and serenity, green (you guessed it!) connotes prosperity and yellow is a perfect expression of friendship and appreciation – a safe bet for colleagues and coworkers, for instance. And, hold your heart-shaped hats! Valentines flowers as gifts for him give everyone in the office something to talk about. Sure he might blush a bit, but inside he'll be full of pride that he was remembered in a special way on this special day that's often all about the ladies.
