Your personalized branding iron has been forged by Arizona craftsmen to recreate an enduring tradition of the Southwest—the days of the cattle drives and the cowboys who branded the cattle to protect them from rustlers. To use your branders, heat in hot coals, gas range or electric burner. Using a hot pad, push brand lightly into steak, hamburger or chicken. The first time you heat your iron, the protective paint will burn off. After use, clean with steel wool. To prevent rust, rub with cooking oil.
