RedEnvelope offers the following shipping options for delivery within the U.S. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories.
RedEnvelope uses UPS and FedEx.

RedEnvelope is happy to replace a gift with another selection, or issue a gift card
(for purchases made after 10/6) or refund according to our guarantee described above.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps: Repack the gift
in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip. Use the return label
that was included in your box. Please be sure your Order ID is on the return label
for fast processing. The return shipping address: RedEnvelope (your ORDER ID number)
4000 Creekside Pkwy, Suite A Lockbourne, OH 43137-9276. For your security, please
return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and
retain your receipt. RedEnvelope is not responsible for items damaged or lost in
transit. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective or you did
not receive the product ordered, RedEnvelope will provide a prepaid USPS return
label.

If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your
gift, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it or issue a gift
card (for purchases made after 10/6) or refund.
(Please note that monogrammed and personalized gifts are not eligible for exchange
or refund unless they are damaged. Flowers are not eligible for exchange or refund
after 7 days and plants are not eligible for exchange or refund after 30 days. Additionally,
we are unable to refund gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as
a return.)
